Nicole Jevtovic has worked in Family, Domestic Violence and Criminal Law her entire legal career. During her years as a divorce lawyer and criminal lawyer, Nicole has appeared in court on almost a daily basis. She has extensive experience in court advocacy and has even run trials herself as a solicitor advocate. While she enjoys court representation, Nicole aims to resolve her client's matters in the most cost effective and stress-free way possible which is why she is an advocate for mediation and negotiation outside of court. This is why Nicole Jevtovic founded Clarity Legal Group to simplify the complicated Family Law process and achieve positive results for her clients without conflict and litigation.

Dawn is a Senior Associate at Clarity Legal Group, with a primary focus on family law solicitor with a passion for assisting vulnerable people at the most difficult time in their lives.
Dawn has joined Clarity Legal Group with a diverse knowledge and skills in litigation and advocacy, family law, contract and corporate law, insolvency, debt recovery, and structuring.
She completed her Juris Doctors and is admitted to the High Court of Australia.
Linda McBride - Solicitor
Linda is a solicitor with a passion for assisting vulnerable people at the most difficult time in their lives. She has a keen interest in domestic violence, family law and child protection and regularly appears in trials in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia. In her free time she enjoys being creative, art, reading and spending time with friends and family. She completed her Bachelor of Laws with Honours and is admitted to the High Court of Australia.
Nicola Sunde - Solicitor
Linda is a solicitor with a passion for assisting vulnerable people at the most difficult time in their lives. She has a keen interest in family law, child protection and domestic violence and regularly appears in trials in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.She completed her Bachelor of Laws and was admitted in the Supreme Court of Queensland.
Sarah Kinnear - Administrative Assistant
Sarah started her career in childcare and brings the patience and care to her role as an administrative assistant from her experience caring for children. She loves to communicate with clients and provide them support through the legal process. Outside of work, she likes to socialise with her friends, hanging out with her family and enjoys spending time renovating, repurposing furniture and gardening.
Karen Thiel - Accounts
Karen is a qualified Justice of the Peace and spent the majority of her career as a registered nurse with a main focus on paediatric care. With that experience, she brings the utmost level of attention to all of her work with Clarity Legal Group whether it is an administrative task or speaking with clients. After working with children her entire career, she has a soft spot for assisting with parenting matters and has a genuine care for helping parties through the separation process. In her free time she enjoys travelling with her husband and spending time with her four grandchildren.
